Lunch ‘n’ Learn can be individual programs or can be part of the Prevention Makes Common Cents corporate wellness program.

Prevention Makes Common Cents ®
This is a corporate wellness program developed around your needs. The health of the employee affects the bottom line to the company. An unhealthy employee creates cost to the company because of sick days, prone for injury, etc. This program includes a fitness, nutrition, and hydration components and follows PARWEL's5 STAR APPROACH to health and fitness.
